Bekah Ash is a contemporary and prolific painter who has been creating fictional portraits with oil on canvas since 2003 after graduating from the University of Iowa with a degree in Art and Art Education. Strong but graceful contour lines define the faces she creates, while harmonious and vibrant use of color fill the space in sometimes unexpected ways, giving Ash a distinct style and flair in her work.
